Join us as Dr. Angela Spranger presents a dynamic workshop to equip you with tools and strategies designed to help incorporate EDI principles and training in your workplace. Through engaging and humorous exercises and discussions, participants will discuss thoughts and practices which challenge EDI. This workshop will also explore ways to create a welcoming environment which will help in the recruitment and retention of diverse staff.
Dr. Spranger is a Lecturer in Management at the Luter School of Business at Christopher Newport University and the Principal/Owner of StepOne Consulting LLC. She is also author of the book "Why People Stay: Helping Your Employees Feel Seen, Safe, and Valued.”
